*Being a family run business, we cannot offer a 24/7 concierge service therefore please inform Bedda Mari Rooms&Suite (by phone or email) of your expected arrival time in advance. Any arrivals after this time must be notified (by phone or email) at least 72hrs before actual arrival. If for any contingencies it is not possible to arrive on schedule, it is absolutely necessary to inform us in advance.
Late check-in is from 7pm to 9pm and there is an extra charge of EUR25. No check-in after 9pm.
CHECK-OUT
By 10.30am (unless otherwise requested by the guest) *

CANCELLATION/PREPAYMENT POLICIES
In order to make a reservation, a guarantee by credit card is needed but you will pay in advance by bank transfer. In case you are not able to give a credit card guarantee, a deposit of EUR100 will be asked upon arrival.
Your reservation is valid and will be confirmed only upon reception of your payment.
Cancellations must be made via e-mail or phone within the time limits set by the conditions of the accomodation.
Cancellation up to 2 week before the arrival date : 100% refund of the full amount of the stay.
Cancellation after 14 days before the arrival date or No Show : the participant will be charged for all period reserved.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
All children under 3 years stay free of charge (when using existing beds).
Extra EUR 15 per night will be charged for children under 3 years if a crib is needed.
The maximum number of extra cribs in a room is 1.
Extra bed is available for 28EUR per night.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Additional fees are not included in the total cost and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
