Bedda Mari Rooms & Suites is located within the ZTL (controlled traffic zone).
Most of the attractions are within walking distance from our accommodation.
You can reach Bedda Mari Rooms&Suite simply by communicating the license plate number in advance so we can activate a pass* that allows you to enter inside the controlled traffic zone (just to leave your luggage and do the check-in) After that, you can park free of charge on Via Foro Italico Umberto I from number 2 on, on both sides of the steet (400m from the accommodation, 5 mins walk) or at the PARKING VENEZIA on via Venezia 26, next to the Ferro di Cavallo restaurant (private parking, 200m from the property, 2mins walk).
The PARKING VENEZIA is open 24/7.
The cost is € 20 per day.
*To move within the ZTL it’s mandatory to activate a daily € 5 pass. You can buy it in the local tobacco shops or directly through us, prior agreements.
The pass can be activated by sending an SMS with the license plate number and the secret code found on the pass itself. For any problems just give us the plate number and we’ll take care of it! We will activate a free daily pass for the day of arrival and departure.
From Parking Venezia:
Walk on Via Venezia towards Via Roma and turn right. Proceed on Via Roma (50m). Turn left and take Via Vittorio Emanuele (150m). Turn right and take Via Alessandro Paternostro (10m). We are above the PIZZO FREE shop, in front of Locanda Cartari.
From the Central Station:
10-minute walk: exit the station and walk along Via Roma for about 500m. Turn right onto Via Sant’Anna and take Via Lattarini, continue for 100m until Piazza Cassa di Risparmio. Cross the square and turn right on Via Cartari. You will find us in front of the Locanda Cartari.
6 minutes Bus: lines 101, 102, 107, 122. Get off at the third “Rome-Lattarini” stop. Turn right on Via Malta and keeping left on Piazza di Risparmio, take Via Cartari on the right. You will find us in front of the Locanda Cartari.
From Falcone and Borsellino (Punta Raisi):
By train (temporarily out of order)
By bus: reach the Central Station and continue as above.
By car:
From the A29 Mazara del Vallo-Palermo, go along Viale Regione Siciliana, exit Via Ernesto Basile and reach the Central Station. Take Via Roma and after about 600m turn right on Via Zara. Proceed on Via dei Cartari and you will find us at the end of the road on the right, opposite the Locanda Cartari.
From the A20 Messina-Palermo / A19 Catania-Palermo highway, exit at Via Oreto and reach the Central Station. Take Via Roma and after about 600m turn right on Via Zara. Proceed on Via dei Cartari and you will find us at the end of the road on the right, opposite the Locanda Cartari.
